By creating an account or using UnPlug services, you agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
UnPlug may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms. Service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
UnPlug collects account and billing information needed to operate subscriptions and support users. Device and security telemetry may be processed to provide endpoint protection features and maintain service reliability.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with trusted service providers only as necessary to deliver product functionality, payment processing, and support.
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law. Annual subscriptions can be requested for refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if no material abuse is detected.
To request a refund, contact support with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processing times depend on your payment provider.
